Sara Raymond is a trauma-informed hypnotherapist, somatic coach, author, and founder of The Mindful Movement. With more than a decade of experience supporting individuals through emotional healing and personal transformation, she brings a grounded, compassionate presence and a deeply integrative approach to her work.
