Dr. Jeff Tarrant is the founder and Director of Psychic Mind Science and the NeuroMeditation Institute in Eugene, OR. A licensed psychologist and board-certified neurofeedback specialist, he combines technology-based interventions with meditative practices to enhance mental health. Dr. Tarrant’s research focuses on brainwave changes resulting from contemplative practices, technological interventions, and non-ordinary states of consciousness.
